PETALING JAYA: VS Industry Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, VS Capital Management Sdn Bhd (VSCM), has proposed to issue Islamic Medium-Term Notes (MTN) of up to RM1bil, which will be guaranteed by VS Industry.
